- $139 per player registration
- Girls 5v5 K-2 & 35
- Girls 7v7 Middle School & High School
- Practices one hour prior to games
- Optional Wednesday team practice
- Weekday practices are at the coaches' discretion

Divisions available for team sign-up:
- High School JV (7v7)
- High School Varsity (7v7)
- Players do not register using the indivudal player registration option. The coach registers using the team option.

- Great people wanted!
- No experience necessary. We will provide training.
- Interested coaches must attend training sessions
- All coaches must get USA Football Flag certified
- All coaches must complete a background check

REC (ALL-DRAFT) DIVISIONS
The REC (ALL-DRAFT) DIVISIONS is an effort to prioritize player development through competitive parity and scripted substitutions maximizing playing time. Players are required to participate in the combine. All teams formed by draft.
COMPETITIVE GIRLS DIVISIONS
COMPETITIVE GIRLS DIVISIONS are for established teams.
PLAYER COMBINE
The PLAYER COMBINE is used to evaluate talent and draft teams in the REC DIVISION. Uniforms and flag belts will be distributed at the Combine.
